Setting Your Sights High

If you are short, you can be a little taller in an instant. If you are already blessed with height but want to reach a little higher, you also can get what you want.

Among the great variety of footwear available today, including the current flat ballet shoes, there is always room for the high heel. Not only do they make wearers appear taller, but also more elegant and formal when worn during office hours. It’s an instant fix, and you will not have to contemplate those painful bone extension operations for some added stature.

Of course, high heels do not work for everybody, especially if you were not born with perfect legs (we all know it when we see it when people shouldn’t be wearing them). Also, take care of those feet. If you are in high heels all day, give your feet a rest one day of the week. Otherwise you may do yourself an injury.
